    For a such a small book this book really packs a punch! I'm sure we have all at one stage or another, felt tired, stressed and disenchanted with work. How can we change these feeling? Change is difficult at the best of times, but if you are feeling like this, then it will seem impossible. Andy Core believes change should occur one day at a time. Start early, get as many positive activities done before 9.00am, this will set the tone for the day. Nothing in your daily life will get better until your daily patterns improve. Many of the strategies included in this book can be utilised by organisations who want to improve productivity, talent retention and improve profitability. Turn wasted hours into productivity and feel good about it.
